Lot 14 of 104: A Safavid copy of Diwan of ‘Ali Shir Nava’i (d. 1501 AD), Iran, dated 927AH/1520AD, 105ff., Persian manuscript on paper,approx. 16ll. of black nasta'liq arranged in two vertical columns and three horizontal panels, headers in blue and gold, opening folio with gold and polychrome decoration, final folio with colophon and fine gold arabesque and vine tendril design and owner's seal impression, black morocco binding with three gilt medallions to front and back, folio 26.2 x 17cm.
